Shipping Information:

• Orders are processed within 24 hours
• Shipping terms are listed on individual product pages and will vary seasonally
• Since all shipping is free at DIY Swing Set, we reserve the right to ship as our manufacturers see fit. In some instances, due to size or weight, items (typically swing sets with lumber included) will be delivered to your curb via common carrier truck delivery. These delivery services offer only curb-side service. The delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you. Please be sure to have assistance on hand to help you unload if needed.

Warranty, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Warranties

• All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer and should be addressed to them. You will receive any warranty information with your product.

Damaged Merchandise

• Customer should inspect all goods upon arrival before signing Bill of Lading sheet. If there are any damages, note them on the Bill of Lading sheet and please call customer service at (877) 356-6157 immediately to report.
DO NOT refuse the shipment - this will result in shipping charges. • Damaged or defective goods will be replaced upon return if item is available. You must phone customer service before returning to acquire return shipping label.

Returns

• Return of merchandise will not be accepted without a prior written approval from DIY Swing Set
• All requests for returns should be submitted to DIY Swing Set in written form to info@DIYSwingSet.com. A DIY Swing Set representative will contact you regarding the issuance of a return authorization (RA) number.
• Any refused drop shipments without prior written return authorization or written notice of cancellation, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the shipper and returned to the shipper at the shipper’s expense.
• Once RA # has been obtained, items must be shipped in the original carton with original packaging and in new and unused condition.
• Upon receipt of returned merchandise with RA#, DIY Swing Set will inspect the items and send a replacement or issue credit.

Restocking Fee

• a 20% restocking fee will be appkied to any order that is returned to DIY Swing Set for reasons other than defective merchandise.
• All freight charges will be the responsibility of the consumer.
• All items must be in the original carton with original packaging and in new and unused condition, or items will not be eligible for return.

Damages and Freight Claims

• It is the responsibility of the consignee to inspect all shipments before accepting goods from the carrier. DO NOT refuse the shipment - this will result in shipping charges.
• DIY Swing Set assumes no responsibility for damages occurred during shipment.
• Ripped, broken or damaged parts not caused by freight damage must be reported to DIY Swing Set within 72 hours of original receipt.
• If freight damage is discovered after unpacking merchandise, please notify the freight carrier’s agent immediately so that merchandise can be inspected.
• All cartons and packaging must be saved.
• The agent is required to issue a “concealed” damage” report
• The carrier is responsible for the repair or replacement of the item(s). We will work with you to resolve.
• DIY Swing Set will render all possible assistance in settling claims.
• No deductions from payment will be allowed for freight damages or losses.

Custom Merchandise

• All custom orders are final, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancelled Orders

• Any request to cancel an order must be made and acknowledged by DIY Swing Set within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If order is cancelled after merchandise has shipped, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges and processing fees. Fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Product accuracy and availability

• DIY Swing Set and our affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions, availability or other content is completely accurate, reliable or error free. Unfortunately, such inaccurate information may relate directly to the price of a product, the description of a product or its availability. We reserve the right to correct all such mistakes at any time without notice.
• Product colors and images may vary based on camera angle, lighting, monitor quality or other circumstances beyond our control. Products returned due to color variances will be considered a return of non-defective merchandise.
• In the event that a price is incorrect due to typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed with the incorrect price whether or not an order has been confirmed or credit card processed. If the credit card has been charged, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the charge and you will be notified.
